Kris Ward
Rick Faulkner is a family law and appellate attorney as well as an educator.
Rick graduated cum laude from Chapman University School of Law in 2004, then returned to Chapman as a professor and as the Director of Academic Achievement from 2007 through 2018. At Chapman, he helped students experiencing academic difficulties have a more successful law school experience and also taught a variety of courses including Legal Writing, Remedies and Wills/Trusts. Rick co-founded Faulkner Post Law Firm in 2018 in order to help provide a lower-conflict option for families experiencing difficult transitions.

Heidi Post
Senior Partner
Heidi Post is an education and employment law attorney, and also handles family and estate planning. Heidi was most recently the Assistant Director of Student and Alumni Services at Chapman University School of Law, where she also earned her J.D. Before law school, she was the principal communications expert at the Los Angeles Air Force Base in El Segundo, California. She graduated with her B.A. in media communications and theatre arts from Bethel University. She lives in Southern California with her son Owen and twin daughters Evelyn and Eleanor. Heidi co-founded Faulkner Post Law Firm in 2018.
